A MOMENT OF GREAT CLARITY
Sorry to flip everybody out. Yes, I did have a very tough, night, and the truth is, no one would have known about it, had it not been for a single tweet that arrived just as one of the most diffucult 90 minutes of my life had drawn to a close. I was just trying to catch my breath, using the world of Twitter ti unwind. Literally, the only tweet I saw had arrrived less than 5 seconds earlier, and read, "what was your most difficult moment". Yhe answer at the time, seemed quite simple; I'd just been through it. Sorry again, to catch late nightbtweeters off-guard, Not only will I be fine, but I feel like I had a moment of great clarity, which will allow me to write on a very sensitive subject, paying attention only to the potential good it might do, while disregarding what detractors might think. I guess it comes back to paraphrasing the coach of the mid-seventies Philadelphia Flyers - the infamous Broadstreet Bullies. "If you don't want to offend anyone - do nothin, say nothing, be nothing." No thanks. I'll have it written by Monday.

Still really love that quote. "Do nothing, say nothing, be nothing." Hope everything is okay, Mick.

Well I hope all is well with you and your family Mick. I know sometimes for me it helps to unload by doing a blog or column just to channel any anger or negative feelings I might be having. But fear not, the vast majority of us on the net are respectful so don't worry about that 1% who aren't.
